About QuadRipple
QuadRipple was founded by Yash Daga — a Mumbai-based community architect and certified Bloom Growth Coach who spent 15 years building and scaling businesses in mining, manufacturing and f&b, before starting this practice.
He has also engaged with various communities and networking organisations as a member, leader and mentor. These include alumni associations, social organisations like Round Table, Rotary and business/leadership networks like EO and industry associations.
Yash brings his vast operational experience as a business owner and community leader to the table, blending global best practices and frameworks with hard learnt nuance.
Yash also facilitates board workshops and retreats, strategy sessions, vision alignment exercises and forum training for communities, organisations and corporations. He speaks at leadership conferences, chapter events, management institutions, and podcasts.
